Good apartment to stay in. Very good location. And ... very, very nice Clara, the owner. The entire place is clean & confortable.

Clara the owner was very helpful. She met me at the water bus stop to show me the way to the accommodation. The room was quiet and clean. Location was 15-30 minutes from main attractions. Highley recommended staying there.1

We had an excellent stay. The owner Clara was very friendly, hospitable and helpfull. Together with all the staff they made us feel vip guests! The breakfast is delicious and the room was great. Le Boteghe is situated near a wonderful square with lots of nice restaurants and it is 10-15 min walk to san marco square and rialto bridge. Also a big thank you to Giordano who came to pick us up from the waterbus stop on arrival for a perfect check-in and great tips.

Our host Clara was wonderful. She provided us with all the information we needed and even meet us at the water bus to walk us to the accommodation. The location was perfect with everything only a short enjoyable walk away and having the quaint restaurant next door was fantastic. The breakfast provided was great with a nice wholesome selection of foods. We highly recommend staying here.
