Perfect room, Spotlessly clean facilities, Freshly made, served breakfast (to your preferences). Within 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach everything (most major landmarks, restaurants, bars, cicchetterias, shops) Easy access (2 minutes on foot) from S.Zacharias Alilaguna Station (arriving from / departing to airport). The description of the room and facilities was accurate in Booking, and we received clear instructions / guidance from Aquamare prior arrival. Last but not least, Luana and Margherita are excellent hosts and made our stay easier and more enjoyable (by suggesting routes, shortcuts, city-spots and restaurants, so we did not waste our time and avoided tourist-traps!) Luana e Margherita, ci vediamo la prossima volta a Venezia.

Beautiful interior design, decorated with charm and taste. It felt very homey. The hosts are wonderful and made the stay impeccable, exceeding expectations. I highly recommend this secret gem!

The location was perfect, the room was spotlessly clean. The beds were SO comfy and breakfast was amazing. Luana and Margherita were perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely return!
