Very clean, beautiful old palazzo. Good variety of food at breakfast. Room was comfortable, facilities were excellent and loved that there was a kettle in the room. The hotel was only a short walk to the main attractions and the ferries to go to other islands. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with maps and, without being asked, researched and printed information on local Christmas markets. We highly recommend this hotel.

Right in centre of Venice, right on the canal with a gondola stop right out the front door. Taxi location with decking and seats right on canal out the doors of the hotel. Staff helpful, hotel very Italian theme and luxurious looking

The breakfast is great and offers good value for money. The room is fantastic—slightly compact, but the bed is very comfy, the room is spotless, and the amenities are excellent. The location is perfect, with great restaurants nearby. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, an impressive stay so far.

We stayed in a small-ish room at the top of the hotel - there was no view but the bed was really comfy, facilities in the room really good, temperature control really good. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit and pastries and hot offering. The breakfast room and staff were really great. Location is fantastic - really close to St Marks but in a quiet part of the city - fantastic restaurant just 1 min walk away.

good sized rooms, nice bathroom, quiet area perfectly located a few mins walk from both Rialto and San Marco. our room looked straight over the canal with a gondola dock right in front - a true Venetian experience. we cannot wait to return and will recommend to all our friends
