Fantastic location, overlooking a canal, very close to Rialto Bridge (only a few minutes away) and close to water transport. The apartment perfectly accommodated a family of four (with 2 bathrooms). Our host Nadia could not of helped us more, with recommendations for dinner, aperitivo and places of interest. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and warm, the perfect location for a Venetian Winter holiday!

The apartment is fantastic - renovated, clean, location is super handy 1 min from many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed looking over the canal and the boats/gondolas passing by. For a family of 4, the place was more then enough. The host was nice despite the hick-ups we had with the heating and check-in. The check out was very smooth, no issue at all.

We loved the location of the apartment, and the apartment itself was amazing. It was spacious and well equipped. The host was absolutely great as well, always available and happy to help. Definitely recommend it if you want a memorable stay in Venice.

Great location to reach some nice restaurants, famous gelato, shops and supermarket. If you are the young guys from 18 to 39, the stairs shouldn't be a problem for you. Not so far to get to the main sightseeing spot. And since you are on the Venice island, you really should go out even at the evening or the early morning. You will get to see what's even more charming about the city.

Very spacious and beautiful apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, as well as a gorgeous view of the canal. I would especially like to note the location, a few minutes from Piazza San Marco.

This property is amazing! It is so central and the gondolas going past the window is to be seen to be believed! The rialto bridge is a street away and is great for the taxis etc.

The location is very central but very quiet. The apartment was big with the nicest view. The restaurants are just a few steps away. Good amenities - there's a clothing iron available which was appreciated. The host greeted us at the Rialto Bridge Vaporetto station and showed us the way to the apartment which was a complicated to find if you're doing it without a guide the first time. The host also shared with us some pointers on where to eat, how to get around Venice and the attractions which was very helpful.

The central location is perfect with view over canal. There is everything that you need for a very comfortable stay and is very clean.
