Everything was perfect, nothing was too much for the hosts and even allowed me to surprise my wife. Cannot recommend this place enough if you stay in Venice. Everything is a short walk away and perfectly located.

This appartement is fabulous, comfortable and close to 2 vaporetto stations. You can take vaporetto from train station and arrive to Giardini in 30 min. Going to place St-Marc in 15 min as well. It's also possible easily by walk after a good dinner to Nevodi restaurant! The hospitality of the host is just incredibble and always happy to help and provide good recommandations. The guidance to go to appartement is amazing!! You cannot go wrong!! Very clean, kitchen very well equiped and bed comfortable. Many thanks for the great vacation in Venice!! Warmly recommended place!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment. The location for us was excellent, a quiet area but close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Vanni was an excellent host.

We loved everything about the property and the host was very kind and helpful. Location was very handy and oh the view when you open the door of the appartment is priceless:) totally recommend it.
