Perfect location. Lovely apartment. Clean and comfy. Host amazing. Family of eight including late teens and girlfriends all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back .

The location was perfect. Near to all the famous places of Venice but a bit away from the crowds and near to the more quite places of Venice

Location was great - we prefer staying out of the heavy tourist spots, and this apartment seemed to be in amongst where locals lived and enjoyed dinner. Great beat downstairs and restaurants very close. Lots of space for the 2 families we had staying at this apartment. Lorenzo was also very helpful in arranging water taxis for us and also letting us know about information about supermarkets and laundry etc.

The location was good , easy to find and plenty of restaurants close by ..... Even we were close to most everything we needed , it was a quite location

The location of this apartment is wonderful - out of the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded main sections of Venice, but easy enough to walk anywhere. The size of the apartment is comfortable enough for eight people and the hosts did well with communication.

The apartment was very spacious, large rooms, kitchen and dining room and sitting room. It is not in the busy area nor near tourist attractions but we preferred it this way. It is walkable to places.. The apartment appears to be newly refurbished.

Good location, some hidden gems of eateries nearby, especially the gelato shop just downstairs. Easy accessibility to most things, including airport ferry.

Proactive host. Calls to make sure he will be there to meet you on arrival and takes time to answer all questions. The apartment is spacious and can fit 8-9 persons. All the utilities work fine except for the washing machine, which is not ment to be used by the guests, Location is better than expected. You have to walk quite a bit to reach St. Mark`s Square, but the neighbourhood is friendly and comparatively quiet. Clean property,
