Very clean, quiet street but few minutes away from Rialto bridge. Gentleman on reception very friendly and polite. Bedroom and bathroom spotless.

Beautiful property with a small reception. Decent size room beautifully decorated (not overly done as some other comparable places) with a large bathroom. Sparkling clean, with lots of light thanks to two large windows. There is a fridge, a nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Toiletries and slippers are provided. We particularly appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier and the possibility of storing our bags there after checkout. We will definitely be back!

Great cosy hotel in the lovely district of Cannaregio. Great location for visiting. Close to everything but not too crowded. The bed was sooo comfortable and the hotel very calm. We slept so well. It was very clean. We would definitely come back.

Good location off the tourist path but with a fruit market, grocery store, pharmacy, and good restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Very clean room and well equipped bathroom. Heavy curtains blocked out almost all light at night to help with sleep. Comfy bed

We had a suite. 4 windows looking out over a domestic courtyard. Very comfortable lounge with coffee pod machine (also separate tea making facilities). Spotless bathroom and cleaned daily.Breakfast was not offered but there was a little dining area so I guess in the summer breakfast may be offered. Not a problem as there is no shortage of cafes and bars in Venice for breakfast! It was really quiet and the bed was a super king and very comfortable indeed. The public boat from the airport (15 Euros) stops 500m max from the Place.A very short walk with only 2 bridges to contend with.Key code to get into the building . A rare bonus was a supermarket a few doors away.

It is a beautiful facility that is within walking distance from Santa Lucia train station. We stayed in the room with a balcony, the balcony and garden view were very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a minibar, kettle, coffee machine and lots of tea and coffee in the room. The staff were very polite and attentive. My wife and I were very pleased. We want to be guests again.

Lovely little hotel, very close to everything and the staff were extremely helpful. It’s in a quiet area just minutes from water bus and Rialto bridge/ st marks square. Would definatly recommend a stay here if you are in Venice!
