Room was lovely, the breakfast was great and the location is perfect for exploring Venice. The host is very helpful also. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again in the future.

Fab location, everything was really clean and so quiet. A lovely host, Alessandro, who was more than happy to share his local knowledge about sight seeing and restaurants. Delicious breakfast included too! Every main sight is only a 10/15 minutes walk away.

A real treat in the heart of Venice, just a minute from the Rialto bridge and the waterbus, surrounded by cafes and shops, but so quiet and restful. The room was huge, with its own en suite and a breakfast corner with mini fridge and kettle, and additional access to a shared sauna and Jacuzzi, just right after a hard day's walking round Venice. Coffee, fruit and snacks available any time in the shared kitchen. Alessandro is a great host, with lots of tips for where to eat and what to do.
