Location is fantastic!! It is really easy and quick to walk to the top Venice sights from the hotel (Rialto bridge is literally just outside it). We loved the style of the hotel too as it felt Venetian and thought had gone into it. Staff were very friendly, always with a smile on their faces :) Breakfast was lovely, continental style, not the largest selection but we were very full by it each day! The stairs didn’t bother us at all, it’s Venice so we’re already walking most the time and doing steps for the bridges, so an additional staircase really didn’t seem significant!

The location of this hotel was amazing , we booked a double room however on checking in we weee offered a free upgrade to an apartment and this 100% made our stay the double room was tiny but the apartment was amazing 🤩

Wonderful location overlooking Grand Canal. Excellent breakfast, 24 hour helpful staff, comfortable beds. A really great hotel!

location is perfect. next to Rialto bridge and close to Grand Canal. you can reach there via water taxi. (extra note: if you are arriving around midnight to the airport, do not forget to book in advance though. You can always go to Piazza le Roma via normal taxi and can get a water taxi as an alternative.) Bathroom is also quite good.

The canal view is prefect, the location is good, the staff are fluent in English and very friendly, bathroom is big, air condition is cold enough. I recommend getting there from S. Silvestro station.

Location was really good We stayed in the junior suite which was worth the extra money as the views were incredible and the room was huge Lovely views from the dining room Bed was very comfy Staff were friendly but didn't help with our bags
