The property is 100 metres from the Cà d'Oro Palace on a small street called Strada Nuova, Cannaregio 4183, close to a shop called Benevento.Please note that the property is set in the second floor of a building with no lift.

It was marvellous, we were so happy of our hotel choice. We had always a warm welcome in the morning and lovely conversations with the hotel owner Laura. She is lovely and made us spend a pleasant time in her hotel. The breakfast was super nice with a lot of choice of breads, fruits, cakes and drinks. Also the hotel is right in the city centre, just in the middle of everything, which was very practical for reaching any destination on foot.

Booked a last minute stay because we arrived in Venice and our accommodation cancelled ! Found this place with great reviews and a great price and thought it was too good to be true . But honestly they were fabulous, the room was spotless and contained everything we needed and more . Everything was explained to us and the staff went above and beyond for us . It was meant to be . The location of the accommodation is good, located on a main street, with good restaurants and shops, close to the important points of attraction in Venice. The room we had was spacious, equipped with everything you need, clean, but it is not insulated very well, I think it is because of the old building, a common problem in Venice. The host is smiling and kind, she helped us with information.

Breakfast fabulous, owner couldn’t do any more for us. Was so kind, she let us leave our bags in reception as we had a late flight. The place was absolutely spotless, location brilliant, just a few minutes from water taxi.

Staff were friendly and polite, the host was lovely. The room (a mansard) was clean and warm. Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t call it “international” since there was little variety but the quality was very good. The location was central and close enough to both the train station and the centre of Venice.
