Hotel is right in centrum,...easy to get anywhere,.... walk or take vaporetto right around the corner

Our stay in Venice was great! The hotel is very easy to get to, as it is so close to the train station. You dont have to walk a long way with a suitcase. The check in is easy. The view from our room was amazing, with a big square and a church for a view. The furniture is traditional and cozy. The room was spacious and bright. The air conditioning and wifi was working good.

Close to the train station, water bus stops, shops and restaurants. Staff and reception were located in a nearby building but were super friendly and helpful and let us store luggage when checking out.

Communication with staff is easy, location near the station, room was surprisingly spacious as they gave the two of us a triple room.

Great location! So close to the train station and in the centre of Venice, walking distance from sights and food. Perfect location for going for a jog in the morning, or walking back from something in the evening. Our room on the 3rd floor had a Great view of plaza out the window - not a canal, but nice all the same. Light room. It felt historic, but was very clean and tidy. Toilet and shower were in a tiny space, but were clean and nice with a good mirror, warm water and an extractor fan. Staff were really helpful, available on WhatsApp to answer questions and gave good recommendations for seeing Venice. Bag storage was safe and simple after checkout. Fast wifi.

Convenient location, on a busy square with many activities around. Very helpful staff, excellent communication, daily cleaning and change of linen. The room was small but adequate for my 4-day solo stay. I had a very good time at the property.

Our room was large, with many views. The location was great, easy to walk to Vaporetta stops and train, bus station. Our room was spotless. It was cool, dark and the air-conditioning worked well. I slept well 🙂

Great location, very near the train station. Nice staff. Great value for money as well. It is old but clean. The room w/ bathroom that we stayed in was really small, not a big deal but just to keep in mind.

We really loved this property. Great location right in the centre town of Venice and markets. Clean room with all required amenities, lovely view of an outside church and centre area also. Staff and check in process was also great and we were able to drop our bags prior to check in which was helpful.

The location of the hotel is great, easy assess to the Train Station. The room contains a kitchen, but I didn't use it. The bed is big. Storage area is more than enough.
