Clean room, had a great working air conditioner but was not needed as it was starting to cool down by the time we arrived in Venice . Took lift up to room then had a small stair case, which was easy. Great location for us, close to station and not in the busy areas. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast area was very accommodation and nice. 24 hr reception, amazing service!

The location was very convenient, right next to the bus and train termini. You need to check in through Hotel Arrlechino, which is the adjoining hotel, literally in the same building. The apartment was on level 4 so you have to take the elevator to level 3 and then walk up one flight of narrow stairs. There were four of us, so we had the apartment on the top floor. It was a nice comfortable size with enough place to spread out your luggage and pack stuff. Very comfortable beds. Fortunately it has a powerful aircon because it was scorching hot in July. Marco and Irene were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: - it’s convenience to the car park - its view outside of the property - the welcoming reception staff - the choice of restaurants and gelato shops nearby

Staff at reception friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the location is very close to public transport. Optional breakfast available at nearby hotel Olimpia.

The location is excellent for accessibility to the train or parking area, and really for anywhere in Venice that you can get to by walking or taking a water taxi. Room was comfortable; beds comfortable and it was very quiet.

Relatively near to the train station - had no problems lugging our luggages there. Hotel had a lift too and air conditioning.

The location was great, within walking distance from all the major attractions and close to the bus/train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
