Wonderful, extraordinary accommodation! We recommend it with full hearts! It exceeded our expectation in term of welcoming, ammenities, beauty of the room (antique but still well maintained), quietness during the night. It had the flavour of a 5 stars hotel.

We had a lovely night here and truly wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both excellent, and the location was perfect, offering easy access to all the top sights in Venice. The breakfast was good, and as a dog-friendly property, we really appreciated how accommodating they were. It made our stay even more special. Highly recommend! Our room was on the third floor so this may not be ideal for everyone, just something to be aware of.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The breakfast was lovely. Fantastic location which was very easy to reach from the airport by public transport and central to walk around Venice.

The location of the hotel was amazing. We walked to every touristic destination in Venezia. The room was very clean. They also prepared good breakfast to the room every morning according to our taste. The staff were very helpful. Thank you!

I loved the location of our beautiful room right in the heart of this beautiful city, so close to everything. The young lady on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and we loved our delicious breakfasts every morning
