We stayed in a 2 bed apartment managed by the hotel in the Jewish area of venice. There are shops and places to eat a short walk from the apartment. The hotel staff were very helpful on arrival, also indicating places to eat and a supermarket. The apartment was secure and clean. There was a small kitchen area, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two single beds, which worked well for my kids. The location was convenient for the train station, but was a long way from St marks square (we deliberately chose to be closer to the train station for carrying luggage).

Location was great. A bit further from bus station than I expected (so maybe this should be stated in online information) but in a lovely area with great access to transport.

Our train delayed so we arrived at the hotel after midnight, the reception was helpful, gave us a map of venice. Hotel is really close to the train station, 3-4 minutes walk. After the check out, we left our luggage there and came back for it. They gave us a space to pray which i am still grateful for :)

Great location close to train and bus stations. 25 minute walk to s.marco. On a quiet street and no problem getting a good sleep. Great wifi too

Location amazing, quiet but only 5 mins from Santa Lucia Station The room was not very big, but was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Tea and kettle provided in the room. TV had English speaking radio. All staff super helpful, we needed a vegetarian restaurant. Marco phoned around and found one for us. It was Frary's,10 mins walk away and highly recommended. Inexpensive but you have to book.

Staff were exceptionally kind and happy to chat and help with recommendations. Location was perfect and facilities in room were excellent. Definitely booking again next time I visit Venice
