The hotel location is great for seeing the sights of Venice. The buffet breakfast was decent and the staff were all helpful and friendly

location was good room was good very clean and comfortable the breakfast was not what we called good it did not have a toaster for toast and jam for breakfast the selection of food that was there did not appeal to our taste

We ended up with a room that had a small balcony overlooking the canal, it was amazing! The location was brilliant!

Location was perfect. Hotel was lovely and staff are extremely helpful. Had an incident with someone banging on our door late at night (intoxicated and lost we think?!) but rang reception to inform and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was close to everything breakfast was good ,and the bar where you can sit on your own private balcony and enjoy a drink especially at night was good.
