Staff were nice and attentive and accommodated to me having to drop my luggage off early in the morning. If you are looking for somewhere that is centrally located- this is great as you are right in the thick of it! If you aren't a light sleeper like me then again- this would be fine. The room was fine for what it was and I barely spent anytime in there. I only stayed for 1 night, and wouldn't stay any more than that at this location.

Very good location, incredible old school, vintage, unique vibe (traditional keys, owner welcoming you, old furniture), view to the piazza with church

An excellent option, near to Santa Lucia train station, close to nice restaurants, and 25 min walking to San Marcos... everythig's fine, clean and properly attention by the host... A good option to visit Venice...

Fairly basic hotel a short walk from the train station. We could walk pretty much everywhere. Owner was very nice and we could check in early and leave luggage after checking out. The shared bathroom arrangement was never a problem and bathroom was clean.

The room was big and the hotel easy to find. The host was very helpful and we could leave our luggage at the reception before and after check out.

Absolutely great location, below 10 minutes walk to the main train station and Venice Piazzale Roma bus station. It was really convenient. The staff were also nice and friendly. The room was clean and large.

A short easy walk from the station. There was a washbasin and bidet in the room, which I wasn't expecting and made it much more comfortable. Good shutters and bedside light, and a view of trees in a small square.. I found the proprietor helpful and pleasant. I liked the charmingly old-fashioned feel of the place.
