The property is really lovely, it has high ceilings and heated floor, which we particularly loved, being in Venice in January. It’s very close to the station yet it feels far from anything. The calm neighbourhood helped us relax and sleep well.

The rooms are quite large and well appointed. Much nicer than we expected. There was underfloor heating in the bathroom and a washing machine which was awesome. Comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. It's a 20 minute walk to St Mark's etc so not too far and some great food options nearby

The apartment has a very good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Checking was smooth, to our convenience. The apartment provides plenty of room and has a good heating system. It has supermarkets and good restaurants nearby.

It's spacious flat, very neat, amazing white linens. We could make it warmer, even the floor. The kitchen was well equipped, even some salt, pepper and a map) The host is amazing, despite we were late incredible woman met us. Amazing view from the window. We could leave luggage on the day of departure and enjoy Venice hands free) (\_/) ( •-• )
