It is very close to the centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are clean. For breakfast, there are fresh food options for vegetarians and vegans.

It was a quiet, central location with a delightful rooftop with a glimpse of st mark’s church and the campanile, overlooking the opera house.

A nice, small hotel in the heart of Venice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff were really pleasant and Luca at the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was fully equipped, and everything has been as described. The staff was amazing and always eager to help and the breakfast was equally superb. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy all parts of Venice on foot. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Venice.

Location very good. Easy to find restaurants very nearby. Situated in a very quiet area but also very close to all tourist spots. Was provided with clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. Rooms are modern and everything worked well. Beds comfortable and room temperature was good
