Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 20:00. When booking an Annex apartment, a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. After 22:00 the late check-in costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 30 September.Please note that heating is available from 01 November until 31 March.When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent location, very clean hotel, warm and cozy! Breakfast is prepared on the spot and is very tasty, with fresh aromatic products. Very polite and responsive staff. We liked it very much. We will visit it again.

Excellent value in a really good part of Venice. Nice character room. Easy walk to anywhere. We didn't have the breakfast as there was a bakery around the corner

Breakfast was nice, and I like that it was possible to buy bottled water directly from the reception. The size of my room was also good, not cramped in any way, enough space.

I really loved the location, perfect not to be right in the middle of the hustle, but it was a 20 minutes walk to everything important. Hotel was nice, breakfast great and staff lovely.

Our stay at Al Mascaron Ridente in Venice was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, allowing us to fully experience the charm of the city. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Venice!

In a fabulous more residential area with lots of restaurants and wine bars away from the main tourist areas but all walkable and also a ferry stop nearby. The area is very friendly. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need - the bathrooms were very well laid out.

Absolutely everything. Great communication before traveling.. Excellent check in, staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay, 15 minutes walk from train station and about 8 minutes walk to water bus to the airport.. What's not to like. Breakfast was superb as were the ladies in the breakfast room. Always very polite, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was well catered for. Hotel was about 15 minutes walk from 'main' area but plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink nearby. I had no hesitation. as a solo traveller, in walking around the streets at night. In fact I loved doing that. Can't recommend the place enough. Many thanks
