Hotel was fine. Location good. Nice sized room with small balcony overlooking canal. Breakfast good. Room was always cleaned very well.

Wonderful and clean place. The lady in the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was full and tasty, felt like home. We had an excellent stay there!

Very central, 2 mins from St. Marco, 10 mins from Biennale area. Nice little restaurant in the ground floor, very good breakfast. We arrived after 18h and the key was on the reception table with a personal letter of informations ;o) Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. Everything was spotless and very well-maintained. The place was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful and let us leave our bags after checking out as we werent leaving the city till that night, the bed was really big, and the location was amazing only a couple minute walk from a boat taxi stop and right in the centre
