I had a perfect stay at this property in Venice! The location was incredibly convenient, right next to the Madonna Dell’Orto water taxi station, making it easy to get around. The host was amazing—super friendly and very responsive, always available to answer any questions. The property itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Venice!

Location is perfect - just around the corner from water bus station and within easy walking doctor supermarket and restaurants. Also felt very safe and secure. Great support from owner before arrival and during stay - extremely helpful

Great location, ferry is seconds away. Esp to/from airport. Super kitchen facilities and providing dishwasher and laundry detergent is a huge plus. Helpful with luggage storage. There was a bathroom issue and one bathroom was getting fixed, the issue was handled nicely, making it a plus.

Proximity to the boat station Madonna dell Orto. Nice welcome. Dining space outside. Love the Cannaregio district. Spacious apartment, the garden is great.

Great hotel close to the Vaporetto station. Very nice garden with a lot of space, calm neighborhood with good restaurants at a canal near. Very nice owners, very uncomplicated. The garden is shared with all three apartments but we had it all to ourselfs during our stay.
