Good location, close to the city centre—13 min walk. Also, it is not far from the railway and bus station. The room was not small and very clean. The owner was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty, especially fresh-baked croissants. Near the apartment is a beautiful piazza with restaurants. Also, across the street from the apartment is a supermarket.

Excellent location, not in the heart of touristy area, making it that more charming, while you can easily walk to vaporetto or the main attractions. Spacious enough. During winter it was nice and warm. Fantastic staff. Excellent breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Location in city centre but in a quiet place; very helpful owner and staff; beautifuly vintage and clean rooms; lovely breakfast !

We liked that the room has a lot of nice paintings and had a family-friendly vibe. There was a lovely cinnamon smell as we enter the B&B. The breakfast was good and the staff was very generous with their servings. The staff was friendly and started interesting conversations. They helped us navigate our way around Venice which was helpful as we were time poor.
