The location is ideal being at the beginning of Venice with only a 15 min drive from the Marco Polo Airport. The hotel is located a short walk, maybe a block or 2 to water taxis on the Grand Canal, & the tram. We found great restaurants nearby. Walking from our hotel to St. Marks Square was very doable even for us seniors. The hotel is also walking distance to the Jewish Getto and many other sites.

Everything was good and clean overall and we had a comfortable stay. Location was very close to a parking garage so was convenient for luggage
