Amazing location. No bridges or rough pavement between here and the train station so it's super convenient bringing your luggage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very fresh and delicious.

Reception and staff were great, really made it all so welcoming. Even the breakfast staff were so obliging. Location was stunning, we were surprised at how close it was to the station as well as accessible to everything else. Bonus was the view. Breakfast was also enjoyable and had variety and flavour.

Amazing place and amazing staff. We were proposed to change our Deluxe for Lux room without extra fees. LUX room is very comfortable, big and having wonderful view to the Grand Channel. Iren was so kind, smiling and helpful it was great pleasure to stay there. We enjoyed a lot. The location is also so comfortable for Venice!!!

Location was the best, Room was great, but since there was not air conditioner we have to open the window and we got beaten by mosquitoes! Breakfast was satisfying!

We liked the authentic Hungarian decor. What a beautiful old but well-preserved building! The location was fabulous - next to the Opera House and lovely shops, bars and restaurants.
