The villa needs some renovation as it is old but all in all it is special because of the old style so it has its charm. Good breakfast.

Very pretty 19th-century villa in the middle of the Lido. Welcoming hosts, acceptable breakfast, Venetian prices. The furniture and carpets are period pieces, exuding an outdated charm that is somewhat overwhelmed by plastic flowers. If you have asthma, don't forget to bring your Ventolin.

Really lovely place to stay, staff are friendly and the room was clean. Good location near the beach and easy to get to from Venice centre. Would definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation and location was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was nice, including fresh pastry. We arrived by car and the plus point was that we could safely park at the premises. All perfect for visiting Venice.

It’s in Lido, could be a bit far with other people but we enjoyed it because you just need to take one water bus to get there and have the whole view of Venice.

Nice, old building on quite street on Lidl with private parking. Good for visiting Lido and Venice

Cozy atmosphere, convenient location. There is a bus stop 30 meters away, which takes you to the vaporetto stops in 3-4 minutes. The breakfast is good, not very rich, but tasty. Very convenient free parking in the yard.
