The property is beautiful, quirky, and full of history. The room was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. We stayed for 6 nights and when weren't exploring Venice we relaxed at the hotel. We wanted somewhere quiet to stay, if this for you then I would recommend this hotel. We will go back if we visit Venice again. It is very close to the beach, but it wasn't really beach weather when we went. We took a water taxi there which cost 186 euros andstopped almost in front of the hotel, but took a taxi (10 euros) to the Allaguna water bus which cost 15 euros each directly back to the airport. There is then a 15 minute walk inside of the airport building to get to check in desk. If sight-seeing then I would recommend getting the official Venice city pass with transport as this gave us skip the line entry to everything we wanted to see plus transport on the buses and vaporettos, a. Grand Canal tour, a 3 hour trip to 3 islands (not really enought time for any of them but a pleasant ride - vaporettos also vidit these islands) and a 45 mins Gondalier ride! We paid separately to visit the Basilica San Marco on the Cathedrals own website in a timed slot which meant we skipped the line and paid less, and did the same with the Guggenheim. I hope you enjoy your stay.

Location is excellent as it is easy to get a water us to the main entice city attractions and come back to the beautiful Lido island. Wonderful Adriatic Sea on doorstep. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely hotel garden to relax. Very varied breakfasts available which set us up for the day. This hotel experience simply made our Venice experience one that we will never forget. We could not recommend it highly enough.

Perfect location near the beach and the center is only at 15’ by walk. The staff was really nice and wonderful with us and our daughter.
