Location is further away from touristy attractions, so it’s perfect for the ones who need peacr and quiet for their stay. Exceptional breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, warm croissants, cheeses, meats, bread and coffee. It was our priority proper breakfast

The property was satisfactory, with the garden's eating area being a standout feature. The food was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient, close to a boat stop, making it easy to explore beautiful Venice.

Breakfast was good! The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful, good food, we had dinner there throughout our stay! Wonderful staff! Nice generous size room! Good location! Direct link to and from the airport, terminals are just few minutes walk from the hotel!

The location is located near the ferry and bus terminal. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. The room is big and clean. The staff who assisted me was from Philippines, very polite, friendly and helpful. I can't say negative to the hotel and staffs.

Great location, clean, big room. The restaurant of the hotel was very good, we ate there everyday for the 3 days we stayed, we tried different dishes, and all of them were delicious and big portions. Breakfast was good too, plenty of options to choose from.

Breakfast has quite extensive menu and good service. Hotel location is very good - many restaurants, bars and shops nearby and the vaporetto stop is just a short walk away.

Really enjoyed the property. Staff at front desk were very helpful and very kind ! Breakfast was also delicious. Hotel is in a great area, beside loads of restaurants and bars.
