Everything. The art deco style is quite well preserved. You still find comforts and whatever you need in a modern hotel.

The hotel was located on the water front - a great spot to watch the sun setting over Venice and a pleasant place to sit out on one of the benches. We really liked the seating in the hotel’s garden and had our evening meal there several times. The food was very nice and we enjoyed the home made sweets too. The staff were attentive and accommodating. Very relaxing stay overall and would definitely return to the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Mabapa in Lido, Venice, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to the manager, Michael, who truly made our trip special. He took care of everything we needed with a warm and welcoming attitude. The hotel itself is charming, offering a perfect blend of classic Venetian style and modern comfort. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was absolutely amazing—clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. Overall, Hotel Villa Mabapa exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Lido, Venice. We can’t wait to return!

Superb location in a quieter and more authentic (in our opinion) part of the Lido. Beautiful villa with a garden, great restaurant, and bar. Super friendly and helpful staff! Perfect for a tranquil vacation at Lido. Great proposal for a beach umbrellas from the hotel. Many thanks to every hotel's team member for a great stay! A characterful hotel. An excellent location on the Lido. Garden for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service. With the ticket of the vaporetto you can also take the bus on the Lido to the hotel.
