Accommodation suitable especially for warmer days, ideally combined with swimming on the beach. Otherwise we cannot judge - we arrived late and left early. Helpful and very nice lady at the reception.

Breakfast very good Room nice service is very nice We could hear every step in the room above us until late at night. Problem with the TV - the picture often disappeared, as if the antenna was malfunctioning or the internet connection was lost

A warm welcome when I arrived. The lady at reception was very helpful with local information on transport and restaurants. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room had a sea view. Easy access to the beach and sea front. Calm sea front location (out of season). Ideal for a stay away from the crowds of Venice with easy access by regular vaporetto services to La Serenissima. Short bus ride to Lido centre & vaporetto station for more restaurants and bars. A hotel address worth keeping for my next trip to Venice.

The receiptionist made me feel so welcome the moment I steped in. The room was small, but it had everything. I could leave my lugage there and check in later. It is literary next to the beach ( just cross the street). Breakfast was superb.

Very friendly, helpful staff in reception and for breakfast. Very clean, spacious room with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was spot on!! Great location for Lido beach and for the bus to the vaporetto station to get to venice.

The room was very clean. Cute balconies with a sea view was lovely, just as complementory wine. Breakfast was very good, i appreciated that veggies were part of it as well. Check in was simple, no real complaints.

This is a very honest and friendly hotel, run in the third generation by the owner. Located really close to the beach and everything you could possibly need in walking distance. We were greeted very nicely and even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Our room had see view and a small balcony which was nice to sit on. Breakfast was available until 10:30 and was good with choices between sweet and savoury. If you fancy some great food in the evening, Bagno Marconi just down the road will look after you. A recommendation from our friendly receptionist.
