We so preferred being off the main land the hotel is so close to the water taxi station other amenities like the shops and restaurants the beach is a lovely walk … everything you need for a lovely weekend in Venice Jacob was so lovely on reception We didn’t stay to much in our hotel just for sleeping and washing 😂 as we were out exploring but it was a good breakfast to set us up for the day and a hot shower and a good bed to rest on at night for us we didn’t need any or that a that so thank you 🤩

Hotel Boulevard is in a fantastic location. All staff from front desk to breakfast waiters were very helpful and pleasant. Bathroom and shower pressure were great after a long day out. Bed was comfortable and room very adequate.

The staff are very friendly and always at your disposal. Breakfast was ok. Clean room and easy access to the beach, shops and public transport

I like the place close to the vaporetto station and on the main street. Walking distance to the beach.

Excellent location, just near the main ferry terminal with loads of eateries around and just a few minutes to the beach. Very polite and helpful staff, rooms are spacious enough and have an old fashioned atmospheric feel about them. Great value for money.
