Location is quite good, in a peaceful part of the Lido so you can have a good rest and easily have free parking at location. There is a bus line that will get you to the taxi boat and to Venice. If you come by car you will have to take ferry and hope that there will be no crowds so you will have to wait for many hours.

Rather good location. 10 min by a bus and around 8-10 minutes by a boat (30 in average) and you are at the Venice heart - St. Marco square. Quiet place near one of the Lido beaches. if we talk about the Italian breakfast style, I would say it is good.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the accomodation was good- clean and good sized rooms. The pool and pool bar/ resturant were lovely. It was a short walk from the accomodation to the pool- but the pool is large and the food served at the bar was very good too.

The room was very spaceious and there were 4 beds and we loved it. The swimming pool area was nice and the fact that there was a restaurant right there was great.

Typical tourist hotel. Lovely pool, the adjoining bar/restaurant is OK. Nice breakfast. Close to bus stop so easy to get anywhere. Good aircon. A good budget option from central Venice.
