The price/quality ratio is good, the location is right by the castle and the owner was very friendly and flexible. Parking is right in the yard, everything was safe and pleasant.

This is probably the most important review of all I've made so far. The reason was that we stayed in the hotel under special circumstances as we as a group crossed the Ukrainian/Hungarian border and drove to Guest House Ilona. AnnaMaria was so patient with us as I re-scheduled our arrival time, I think 3 or 4 times. However, when we arrived, they accommodated us, welcomed our pets (dogs and a cat), and made us comfortable and at ease. It's run by a lovely family who's ready to help in any possible way. This is a special recommendation for all of the Ukrainians who are moving westward and need to have a break and stay a night or two, pls do not hesitate, you will be welcomed. Also, just 4 minutes walking there's a nice restaurant Korona, you can have a wholesome hot meal for a very decent price. AnnaMaria I personally enjoyed your collection of paintings)))
