The location is perfect but the breakfast was poor. They didn’t refill the food. The wine menu was short.

One of my favourite places in Velingrad. Been here quite a couple of times. Last stay we enjoyed mostly the shallow kids pool and the slides. It was calm, quiet and relaxing. Really appreciated it!

Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. they had freshly squeezed beet juice every morning and a fruit salad which I really liked. Coffee was a lot better than in most hotels we've been to although a tad stronger and darker in roast than my preference. The pools were really well maintained and the water was very warm, the spa was also good and did not disappoint.

The pool was excellent, as well as the sauna and the turkish bath. The small jacuzzi pools on the yard near the hotel are perfect, always clean and extremely relaxing. The food was tasty.
