Excellent facilities, enough to not be overcrowded even when the hotel is full. Very comfortable rooms and bed, very clean. Food was very delicious and staff was very good. Great choice in the menu for lunch and dinner, breakfast was superb. Outside hot pool was great and it was very clean everywhere.

Very clean, quiet place perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was tasty and the spa facilities were good. The pool with hot mineral water was perfect temperature (around 38 degrees) for the winter. We had an amazing stay!

The interior design of the hotel is amazing, the staff is at the highest level, the restaurant is super luxury and the food is at a level, it is clean

The standard room is huge, warm and very clean. They gave us a room on the first floor with a view to the playground because we were with 2 small kids-good approach. Very well equipped room for kids next to the restaurant, connected with an outdoor playground. The staff was polite and professional everywhere.

perfect place in the mountain. excellent service, everybody are ready to help even in the night. the spa is clean and comfortable a reception workers , especially Tony, were very friendly.

Big, clean and quiet room with a balcony and a great mountain view. Everyone from the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. The food and service at the restaurant were great! The Spa facilities were very good and the big outdoor pool was still functioning at the end of September.
