The little room was arranged very smartly to have everything that you need. Looks like all the furniture and appliances are new (including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board). The host provided instant coffee and herbal tea. It looks to me that it is a long term rental for students.

On the southernmost edge of Veliko Tarnovo, in an area still under development, is the block containing this apartment. It was a little difficult to find. (the marker on Google maps is not totally accurate) and we had to ask people living in the area for help. The flat we had was on the ground floor accessed by a 'badge' rather than a key (luckily another person was leaving and explained the system). We were able to park right outside the entrance to the block. The studio was simply furnished, with all the essentials we required although the internet was yet to be connected Our front door frame though could do with a touch of DIY! Still the studio was warm and everything else worked and there was a balcony at the back - always a bonus.

New premises in "modern" style, individual bathroom, terrace, anti-mosquitos nets, kitchen, fridge and even laundry washing machine is possible to use in the apartment. It is located quite close to the shopping centres' area. Free parking for rental or personal cars. The quality of apartments are reasonably good for Bulgaria standards. If You are driving by car, nice place to stay in contrast with old city location with a lot of car parking problems even for top level hotels. Full kitchen equipment provided, even tear and sugar available for gests and, as usual after my visits, also coffee is left for the next visitors.

This is a Nice place to stay at for a few days. The room was rather small and had two beds. I enjoyed a very Nice balcony Where I could sit and drink an ice cold beer from The fridge. It was resonably quiet an The room was clean. I though it was Great value for money and I recommend this wholeheartedly.
