We are a family that has been visiting Veliko Tarnovo for 18 years and in terms of accommodation we have seen everything. Lucky Hotel an extremely pleasant surprise. offer/conditions above cost level ; unexpected ; impeccable cleanliness. Parking at the property, priceless. We will definitely come back.

The location is in the Old Town, close to the most important attractions. The junior suite which is actually a big room with a matrimonial bed and an extensible couch is very spacious. The bed lingerie and the towels were snow white, the bathroom spacious and very clean (we also were provided with free Bulgarian brand shower gel and little soaps). We were provided with free parking for our car in a parking in the proximity of the hotel. The personnel was very kind. Since the hotel is small and there is no kitchen, the breakfast consisted of juice, cake, coffe/tea, spinach/chees pies that could be warmed in the microwave oven.

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel provides parking place, which is extremely important as the street is very narrow. The hotel room is very cozy and clean. The beds are comfortable. Small balcony provides excellent relax. The view is amazing- you can see the Tsarevetz hill in all details. The last thing you see before felling asleep is the Church on the Hill and the respectively the first thing when you wake up. Thank you!

The view from the room was absolutely fantastic, you should all pick the rooms specified to have the view. The bathroom was nice and modern and the bed was comfy! The room was lovely and warm for when I arrived too. Secure parking across the road too. The ladies clicked I was staying when I slowed down outside and helped me with where to park and with checking in, the English speaking was much appreciated as I speak no Bulgarian!

Great location , walking distance to all sights. Clean room, with comfortable beds, and the view is incredible (watching the Tsarevets light show from the balcony was a great experience. Also, a big plus is the private parking, located across the street from the hotel, through another building.

As a guest at this hotel I can say that the location is perfect with an large view to the old castle. Nice breakfast was served. Personal is respectful and helpful. If you have to iron some clothes you can do it in separate space. The old town has a lot of attractive places, handcrafted things, amazing touristic attractions. Also they have separated parking lots.
