Staff is friendly and professional. The place is very clean, feels like home, cosy. There is complimentary coffee , croissant and sweets. Location is great, within walking distance from the center and also the old town.

Nicely renovated hotel, very friendly hosts! The location is good in the sense of walking distance to the main tourist sites.

The room is big, the staff is very kind, the location of the hotel is in the center, it is very convenient to go to attractions or restaurants. It is more convenient to take a taxi from the West Bus Station to the hotel, and the cost is about 8Lev.

The double room with balcony is very nice and you can see the fortress from there. Everything was clean and they were very kind with you, helping with everything you need. The location is excelent, you are 10 minutes of walking distance from everything you want to visit. The parking is at around 80 or 100 meters away, but has little barriers, so when you leave, nobody will take you spot. You can first park near the hotel to leave the luggage in the reception and then, they will show you were the parking is.

Nice little hotel downtown, friendly staff, good size rooms, comfortable beds. A bit noisy at times but given the location is normal. Parking available at a decent distance. Easy access after hours, nice coffee at the Pinko coffee bar.

Very nice hotel, we had a big bright room on the main street that goes in the old part of the town. The owners were super nice and even helped us with the bags from the car and to the room. They helped us with a parking place in from of the hotel as well. Check out at 12 so we had time in the morning to explore a bit more and do some shopping. Close to very good restaurants.

The balcony overlooking the main street, the location close to a small supermarket, some restaurants, a very fun museum of illusions, and across the street a very nice coffee shop. The friendly staff, helping me getting a taxi when I left, and not to forget the spacious room.l
