The staff exeded my expectations. Maria was lovely and very helpful. Everything was good. The location is perfect, very central. The apartment was comfortable. This is my 4th stay, and I will not hesitate to book again.

Nice hotel in the center of Veliko Tyrnovo. Great room with balcony, and good location. It was quiet at least when we stayed (weekday).

It has an amazing location right next to the main road in the city center. Upon arrival the room was clean and the towels were washed and dried. There is free coffee and tea. Nevertheless, on the next day the staff did not clean the room and didn’t change towels.

The position is very central, you have everything you need. The room was clean,the bed was comfy. On arrival the room was cool because the lady put the air conditioning,due to the hot. The lady helped us with the car park. She knows how to look after her guests.
