What you get for the money you pay is same. They have parking place underground. . The sauna was OK. (place for 6 persons) Altough I had more expectations, the price was fair.

The hotel and the hotel staff were amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very much detail orientated. They noticed we were missing a pillow for our toddler and brought us one without us saying anything. The staff was very friendly, the spa was very nice and warm and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

The Augusta Spa Hotel is a stylish and welcoming retreat with exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. Every request was promptly and graciously handled. The stunning view from my room was the perfect finishing touch. If I visit Veliko Tarnovo again, this will undoubtedly be my top choice for accommodation.

Everything is so clean, comfortable and stylish. The underground parking is really useful. But the best thing about this lovely hotel is the staff. In particular, Plamen on reception is exceptional. I cannot praise him enough for all his help. We will definitely be returning.

Very good hotel, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, very clean, with a very good welcome at reception. If there's one small downside to note, it's that the breakfast staff aren't at all smiling or welcoming.... It's a pity, because it gives a bad image and spoils the overall impression, especially as all the other services were really excellent.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so almost no traffic noises. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fresh. There is also an indoor pool, it looked clean - I have not used it. If you arrive by car, request in advance a parking space to be reserved (there are only 4 available in the hotel's basement) as the streets are narrow and no free parking spaces. In order to reach the center, it is a 10 min walk, well worth it if you like peace and quiet :)

The big rooms, the proximity to the main road while being tucked away in a quiet side street and the parking, the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist.
