Far from 4star hotel.I booked the room with a bath. Upon arrival, I was given room eith shower, which was then upon complaint changed to the room with a bath. However, the bath did not have a bath plug. Therefore, I was not able to take a bath anyway. The hotel sits next to the busy main road. Noisy, you could hear street noise all night. Too hot, the heating was central and turned to 24,7°C all night. Despite request it was not reduced. Uncomy bed matress and pillows. There was no written instructions in the room, including no number for reception. Hotel has wellness, it was never presented or no information provided in the room. No glass or a cup in the room, neither drinking water bottle.

We were travelling by car. As I am pregnant I wanted to rest in a hotel. Asked for earlier check in and the staff was nice and helpfull! :) The beds were comfortable too!!

I was happy that we were able to get drinks from the bar when we checked in rather late. The staff was terrific! In particular, when my husband and I had to wait an extra two hours for our ride to pick us up after we had checked out, the receptionist kept checking on us and offering coffee and chocolates. She was so kind and went way beyond any exceptions.

It was close to centre Velika Gorica and amenities.Has car park.We liked bar & restaurant .The room was warm which is important during winter time.Welcoming was excellent.Specially by Ms Matea at reception who was extremely good and Ms Snjezana in Restaurant and bar always polite.

The hotel is a close drive from the airport, around ten euros for the drive. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was really nice. The reception working hours were convenient.

It's a nice and beautiful place, we stayed one night as transit passengers to go to Airpot. Very convenient and. Even at the last minute, we ordered a dinner and it was exceptional. Thanks to the kitchen staff. A special note of thanks to the receptionist for her kind and energetic service.
