Central location with underground parking, very large rooms, very clean & very professional, pleasant staff.

Very comfortable large modern room right in the middle of Velden with reasonably priced underground parking- to be validated by hotel for fixed price. Exceptional staff, professional, friendly, accommodating. I had forgotten my iPhone charger 2 weeks ago & the receptionist immediately called me to inform me. When I told her I was returning 2 weeks later, she said she would keep it at the reception. When I checked in this week, it is the 1st thing she gave me. Lastly, excellent breakfast.

As a conventional 4-star hotel it performs well; room was spacious and well kitted out. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was adequate apart from a noisy juicing machine which should be removed. Café/dining facilities were competitive.
