Excellent pre-arrival contact with hosts and very warm welcome on arrival. They kindly allowed us to check-in early and offered us a different apartment to the one we had booked which had its own private courtyard which was lovely. The location was very quiet, one street back from the seafront, and we were able to park our motorbikes in their (rough ground) parking area just above. The apartment was small, simply but adequately furnished and comfortable and the large private terrace was great. The windows had bug screens which were necessary and appreciated.

Mara and her husband are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are pretty, the beds are comfortable and Vela Luka is very peaceful, after a trip to Hvar. She recommended us to go to Proizd, very good idea, the island is a delight.

The stay was excellent. We booked the accommodation only to spend the night, so we are very satisfied, although I could imagine staying for a longer period as well. We had a room with a large (comfortable) double bed and a bathroom. The room also has air conditioning. The accommodation is in a street parallel to the waterfront. The owners are very friendly, they respond to messages within a few minutes and welcomed us with a smile.
