My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is perfectly located close to the center, making it easy to explore the area. The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always welcoming and ready to assist with any request. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my experience unforgettable

Very close to downtown area and therefore close to several restaurants and bars. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Great location in the centre, but feels very cosy and personal unlike the larger hotels. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and def value for money. The team behind reception and bar are wonderful and that makes a huge difference. Very personal, helpful and friendly which adds to the cosiness of the place. The breakfast is wonderful too. When I go back to Västerås, Arkad would def be my first choice.

Big and cosy family apartments. Near the city center. Nice terrace and free tea/coffee with cookies all the day - its a big bonus🙂
