To begin with, the communication from MJ and Josh was great. Very prompt with updating us with any info and replying to my questions. This accommodation was perfect for our needs. The unit itself was spacious and had a very homely feel. A bottle of sparkling in the fridge ready to welcome us after a day driving with a toddler was so appreciated. The beds were super comfy. Even our almost 3 year old asked if we could take the porta cot home with us. Facilities available were great. 3 pools gave good options, 2 playgrounds and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Kayaks, pool noodles, a scooter, and fishing rods all available to use and were so appreciated. Really helped keep everyone entertained and limited how much stuff we needed to cram our car with.

Fabulous villa, very clean and well maintained with great amenities. Close to the beach with pool in complex. Kids playgrounds and BBQs. Communication and directions from owner fabulous 👌

FortyTwo - Oceanside Retreat and its facilities met all our needs, offering everything we could have asked for during our stay. Josh's communication was outstanding - he provided all the necessary details ahead of our arrival and checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly.

The location was excellent. We love the beach area as just a short walk to end of property. Pools were fantastic for the kids. Accommodation was excellent. Even the use of owners personal items for the beach or pool use. Thank you. We will come again.

Very comfortable apartment, felt welcoming, went you enter the house. Lots of amenities, thought of all things from water activities, barbecue, tvs in all the rooms. Enjoyed our stay there.

Easy to find, great communication with host. The house had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
