Very clean, they were cleaning up every day, good bed mattress, easy access to the beach from back yard, storage for SUP, Windsurf gear, parking, next to a mini market, nice balcony

Location is great.One great plus there where a washing machine you could use free of charge (easy to wash up the beach towels). Close to beach. And a nice walk to Vasiliki town. And very close to the restaurange in Pondi. Lots of things to do if you like warm water and warm winds.

The accommodation is well located: near the beach and the promenade, yet quiet and calm (to note that the beach is a surfer beach; easy access), allowing for a nice evening walks or sports. The place was clean, including the bathroom. The small fridge functioned ok; beds were OK.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, a nice balcony, ACs in both rooms and cleaning and towel replacement on a daily basis. It is a minute away from a nice beach with windsurfing centres, some cafes and restaurants. The communication with the host was smooth and without any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay in Savinos Rooms! The appartment had everything we needed, was big and comfortable. The appartment is cleaned everyday, which compensates the fact that they don't have a dishwasher in the kitchen. They also provided us a handblender which we needed to make soup for our baby girl (8 months old). The location is also very good, within a walking distance to the beach an to restaurants and supermarkets.

The room was impeccably clean, with daily maintenance and fresh towels provided. We spent 7 nights there, and everything exceeded our expectations – the sea view, proximity to beach restaurants, a market, and overall amenities. We highly recommend this location and would definitely return.
