Smack downtown of Varna, with very good facilities, this place was a perfect choice for us. You have all you need for an independent stay and enjoy Varna and its restaurants. You do not get to meet the hosts, but the directions on the use of the various access codes are clear. We had no problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment 7 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Here are some highlights from our experience: Check-In Process: The check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient. There were very detailed and clear instructions provided before our arrival. We loved the fact that there were no keys to worry about; instead, we used codes for both the entrance door of the building and the door of the apartment. This made our arrival stress-free and straightforward. The Apartment: The apartment was very clean upon our arrival, which made us feel comfortable and welcome right away. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, equipped with an air conditioner, a smart TV, and access to a lovely terrace. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The living room/kitchen also had an air conditioner and a smart TV, plus access to the terrace. The terrace itself was very cute, featuring two chairs and a table, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Although the kitchen was on the small side, it was very well equipped. It had all the necessary pots and pans, cutlery, a coffee machine with coffee provided, a small fridge and freezer, and even complimentary water (1.5 liters) and a box of chocolates. You can easily prepare any meal you like in the kitchen, though note that there are no condiments or spices provided. Neighborhood: The neighborhood was great—quiet yet conveniently close to the center. It was a 15-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes away from the municipality. Additionally, there is a 24-hour shop just 1 minute away, which was very handy for any last-minute needs.
