I was in Hugo hotel with my family. We took 3 rooms for one week in december. Lovely little hotel - good location - close to the sea, to the central park, bars and restaurant. Very good breakfast in hotel lobby! Courteous hotel staff. Good service! Expecial thanks for Stephan - for his exceptional care and highest professionalism! He made our stay in Bulgaria especially pleasant - showing and explaining everything to us.

Very good accommodation in the centre of Varna, totally recommended. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Modern and extremely clean facilities. Hearty and good breakfast. Large and comfortable room. Modern decoration. Very comfortable beds. Large and modern bathroom. Large TV with a very wide range of channels. Very central location, very easy to get to/from the airport by taxi and visit the city and the coast on foot. Many services around: shops, bars, restaurants... Definitely recommended. Next time in Varna I will repeat without doubts.

Close to the centre of Varna. Quiet street. The underground parking lot was in the same street. Nice bar (Calmar).round the corner to enjoy a quick bite.

Amazing location - just around the corner from the sea garden, comfortable bed, room was spacious and modern. Perhaps breakfast could improve a little bit, but with the space they have it wasn't bad at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well, and generally really enjoyed my short stay here.

Location was great.......just up the street from the large park leading to the centre of the beach. Since all I needed was a place to sleep before heading off to the airport early in the morning, Hugo Hotel served my purpose at low cost.

The hotel is situated close to the beach, to the main street and close to the train station. It offers anything you need to spend one or two nights there.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Varna! Very central place, very nice staff, super good breakfast. Good room with air condition and nice size, all facilities work perfect!
