This place is truly amazing!! If you want to be in tune with nature, this is the place. The garden and the rooms were lovely and tastefully done. The room was comfy with enough linen. The bathroom was open air, which is pretty cool when sunlight filters through. There may be 1 or 2 occasional lizards on the wall, but they are totally harmless and a part of the natural decor. I cannot forget the service. All employees including the owner were really nice people. When we'd arrived late in the night, there was a person who went out of their way to ensure we had bottled water since we could not consume regular filtered water. The breakfast was brought to your private porch, and specially made for you with some great options. Their cook was good. We had a wonderful chat with the owner Sid, who gave us a peek into his adventurous life. He kindly had his employee get some seeds from a beautiful flowering tree within the villa garden, since my mom really wanted to grow them in BLR. He even checked in to make sure the mom was happy with the seeds. The villa is in a quiet location, so convenience stores are a short walk away. The walks feel isolated in the nights. There is a really cool cafe opposite the villa and the food is good there as well. Parking space within the villa appears limited. The roads outside are a bit narrow and the area is a bit hilly due to the cliffs nearby. The beach is very close too. Splendid place! Must stay!

What a wonderful experience to stay in a beautiful room with a spacious terrace in a lush garden. Also in the bathroom you had the garden feeling. Tastefully decorated everywhere. For breakfast you had the choice of 5 options every time. Always super delicious! Also for the fresh coffee (freshly ground coffee beans!). Quality in everything. And then the friendliness that we were allowed to experience: warm contacts! This quiet place, surrounded by nature, is also very close to the beach. Yes, we enjoyed it all the way! When possible we will definitely come back!

The property is extremely beautiful. We spent a very cozy 2 days. Our room and the attached sit out was so pretty. Sid was very helpful. Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we will definitely come again.

Villa Akasa is a beautiful oasis - we loved the lush gardens and our beautiful private terrace. The room was very well designed and the bathroom was the best we experienced on our trip. Sid and his team are exceptional - so friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast. It is ideally located, only 5 min walk from the quiet beach at Varkala.

Arrived and greeted with coffee—off to a great start! Meeting the dogs made it even better. Had a quick chat with Sid, swapped WhatsApp numbers, and he was super helpful throughout my stay. He sorted a ride to Sandy Beach, shared tips for Christmas events, and was always quick to respond to messages. I stayed for three days, and the room was spotless, spacious, and had such a cozy vibe. The room was cleaned with fresh towels during my short stay. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. Each evening, I’d get the breakfast menu via WhatsApp, so I could pick from a wide variety of options and choose a convenient time. Christmas morning felt extra special with bacon, sausage, and eggs—such a treat! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was the perfect place to spend the Christmas period, and they really made it feel special. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Villa Akasa is a green place, temperature is a few degrees lower than outside. We selected King Room with balcony, it was extra spacious and view from balcony was calming. 5min walk to the south Varkala beach, which is less crowded compared to north varkala beach. And its only 4 km travel from Villa akasa to shopping area in Varkala. Staffs and pets are very friendly. Its just opposite to cafe Trip is life. Altogether it was a relaxing vacation.

This place was very nice, near the beach, cafes and restaurants. The staff were so friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect with a nice patio. Nice and quiet.

Very cosy and comfortable. The service was excellent including the breakfast. The property is very charming with a few dogs, a cat and a little pond with visiting birds. The bathroom was surprisingly beautiful. Lots of plants everywhere! We loved the location too!
