All was in order barring a complete mess with regards to communication or even assisting when departing. The people manning the front of house and or interacting with public should be well ahead of the fake and not allow guests to find themselves in a situation that is costly. We were left stranded without a care in the world from the Hotel front desk not even attempting to assist basically oh well walk to a train station 2 km’s away in absolute drenching rain and in reality miss your flight. It was ridiculous as we had to run through the streets of Varese in pouring rain and as the bill was paid who cares was the overall attitude. As you are the hotel you should be in touch with what’s going on and not let people sit waiting for a taxi knowing the roads are closed or even offer to assist in anyway at all. Communication is key and always have your finger on the pulse of your establishment and happenings.
