Great apartment. Stunning views from the kitchen/living areas. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Great communication with Vittorio…..quick with responses to any queries. Very straightforward instructions provided on how to access keys and apartment, even with pictures and directions direct from train station provided. Location excellent for accessing main square, bakery, cafe and restaurants. Easy access to lake and ferry. Varenna is a beautiful town and a great place to stay. There are lots of stairs but that’s part of its beauty. Fantastic restaurants. Information booklets provided for both the apartment and town. We had fabulous meals at Osterio Quatro Pass, Al Prato and Il Cavatappi.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic part of Varenna - easy to get everywhere you want to go. Check-in was smooth and well organised. Stunning view.

very nice located place with all you need for short/longer stay in lovely Varenna. friendly and helpful host is also big plus. the flat is quite even at night, when the streets are still full of tourists.

Fantastic view from the windows. Located at the top of the stairs for easy bag access. Close to all shops and ferry.

Great location. Easy walk from train and mostly downhill. Walk back to train takes a little more energy. Close to ferry for exploring other towns. Lots of steps to get back from lakeside so be prepared for that. Lovely view.

Very good location, spacious, cosy apartment with nice view and everything you need, in a quiet area but still very central, and walking distance from the train station; Varenna is actually the perfect place to stay if you visit lake Como. We found detailed instructions in the apartment with things to do, restaurants where to eat, how to get around and it was really useful. The communication with the host was very good, Vittorio was responsive and gave us clear instructions so we easily found the place, he was also very patient when i thought i had a problem with the deposit reimbursement. I would advise to inform in advance if you need to use the second bedroom, to ensure it is prepared.
